Refund Policy:

Once a member registers, the Skate Canada Membership fee is non-refundable. 

No refunds or credits will be issued for CanSkate, Junior Star and StarSkate program fees once the program begins. Pre-CanSkate can be refunded within the first three classes (at a pro-rated price).

With a medical note, Rockland-Skating Club (RSC) may issue a refund if the skater misses four (4) or more consecutive weeks of skating.

 A  refund equal to the registration cost paid less the Skate Canada Fee and 4% administrative fee will be issued if the request is received 14 days or more before the start of the season. Refund requests received less than 14 days of the program start date will be issued a non-transferable credit.

If the Arena closes due to COVID and RSC receives a credit or refund for the ice costs, RSC members will also receive a pro-rated credit or refund. If inclement weather, facility issue, and other extenuating circumstances beyond RSC's control, RSC will provide no refund for these cancelled sessions.

For StarSkate registrations:

Skaters must have a coach prior to registering for a program. For a list of available coaches, please email info@rocklandskatingclub.ca
